Orientation & Welcome!

We know that introducing your child to a new care environment is a big step, and we’re here to make the transition as smooth as possible! We’re here to support you as your child begins to build connections with their peers and our caring educators, navigate their new surroundings, and get familiar with daily routines. Our educators and Centre Director are available to answer questions and help your family to feel comfortable. We’re excited to support your little one on their journey with us!

Enrolment Pack

After your tour, you’ll receive an enrolment pack with everything you need to secure your child’s place at our centre. This pack includes important information about our programs, fees, and policies, along with the necessary forms to complete your child’s enrolment. Our team is here to guide you through the process and answer any questions—ensuring a smooth and easy transition for your family!

Child Care Subsidy

The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) percentage determines how much subsidy you receive based on your income. Centrelink calculates this percentage using the annual income and the number of children in your family who attend child care. We can assist you in navigating this process.

  • Our centre operates from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday, offering extended hours to accommodate a variety of schedules. Whether you need early drop-offs or later pick-ups, our team is here to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for your child throughout the day.

  • We provide everything your child needs for a comfortable and engaging day, including all learning materials. We know that kids just like adults have preferred foods, so you’ll need to pack lunch and snacks each day. Our centre ensures a nurturing and well-equipped environment so your child can learn, play, and grow with ease.

  • We’d love to discuss our fees with you in person and walk you through the different options available. We encourage families to book a tour of our centre, where we can provide detailed information about our programs, inclusions, and any available government subsidies that may help with the cost of care.   • Yes! We offer a high-quality Kindy program designed to prepare children for their transition to school. Our program follows a play-based learning approach, guided by qualified educators, to support your child's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
